What should the U.S do about illegal immigrants?

   The president right now is kind a rush when he want to legalize 11 million illegal or undocumented people are living in the United States. Legalize for 1 person is no problem, 100 people are still find, but more than 1 million people is not a small thing anymore. Legalizing billion of “undocumented people” means the government has to respond to that big amount of people at the same time. They will pay a lot of money for the investigation for each person in that 5 million to find out who is good and who is bad.

  Yes, the “undocumented immigrants” have contributed billions to Social Security, in taxes, and payroll taxes to the United States economy. But that’s what they have to do because no matter they’re legal or illegal, they live in this country so they have to pay for it. The nation has to face with many issues about population, lower wages, harming low - skilled native - born Americans, and more.

  Will the immigrants decrease when the U.S government changes the law to the new one or upgrade the old one? The answer is no. They will continue to come because the legalization invites them, so why do they have to wait.

   I have to say if it happens, it’ll be totally unfair for the people who try so hard to get a visa to go to the U.S for studying and working. I’m an international student and I know how hard it is when I came to the interview before I got the visa in my hand. I had proven and provided the consulate that I wanted to come to the U.S to study, to chase for my dream; that my parents’ income is more than enough to make sure that I will complete my 4 years Bachelor degree without worry. More than that, I have to promise, to swear that I will not drop out of school with any reasons. Otherwise, if I don’t have good results, I can’t be able to get the visa to come back and continue studying.

  I have a friend who has an American husband. He came to my country and married her. Everything he did for her was the truth and I know he loved her a lot. He filled the paper work and did the documents for her to let her come to the US with a legal way. Unfortunately, she didn’t pass the interview with a stupid reason that the Consulate though she was a liar and she married him just because she wanted to go to America. After that, even how many times they tried again and again, she couldn’t pass and had to stay in Vietnam while her husband lives far away. Is this humility compare to “undocumented people” in the U.S?

Nobody can stop you chasing your dream. Just come to America legally and you can do everything you want and you're looking for.

  I’m not American, so I can’t tell what the U.S should do about illegal immigrants, but in my opinion, legalization 5 million immigrants is not a good idea. Every country has their own population policy. People come here “undocumented” don’t have ability to ask for anything because they’re illegal at first. If the government has to legalize them, then let do it fairly to the people who come here legally with the right and the real document.

Vietnam is lower middle – income country and of course that we have a lot of things to improve. Poverty is one of those things that we need to write an end for. Even though most of provinces relatively complete in facility and budget, we still have the big gap between rich and poor. We are the main nation called Kinh People and there are 53 more minorities who are living in the highland or the land far from the main city of the province. It is unfair when some places are too rich meanwhile some other places are too poor. So I think if we want to stop the poverty, we need to reduce it first:

- Opening more free school for children to let them more educated and nightly supplementary schools for everybody who wants to get more knowledge.
- Limiting the population growth.
- Balance the standard of living with an operation job opportunity.

Education is the best solution because it is the almighty key that can open any door to the future. The more people trying to study, the more they will understand where they are and fight for a better life.

Vietnam is a beautiful small country with the shape like the letter "S"

First of all, I want to introduce you about our traditional costume called "Ao Dai". When you come to my country, you will see Ao Dai everywhere. Because ao dai is very useful and very easy to wear, so many companies choose Ao Dai to be their uniform. That's why when you walk down the street, you can see it's in the bank, the office, the restaurant,... and schools. 

The White Ao Dai is the most beautiful and only for high school student. It's is the symbol of the beautiful student life. 

Lotus is our national flower.

Lunar New Year is our biggest holiday in the year. It's the time when everybody stay and spent time with family. We don't usually go to someone's house on the first day of the year (follow the Moon calendar) because some religion reasons. We always have the traditional cake named "Banh Chung - Banh Day", which symbolises the Sun (the round one) and the Earth (the square one)
